This release adds several new quality control checks, and improved heat maps for P1 comparison. They are also internally used for the FLQC to prepare a comprehensive PDF report.
This release also adds support for automatically adding 3D to 2D conversions (when missing), adds support for H2,5,3,0 and HC,2,3,0 records sharing the same OBJREF in the P2/11, implements a new option to specify the precision used in the P1/11 export, and moves the EPSG database to version 12.043.
